Check out my GitHub to see projects I am working on and working with by going to the link!
I wanted to make a website with the idea of learning more about the coding and behind the scenes while documenting my progress. This is a work in progress and I enjoy listening to podcasts or music while making this in my free time =)
When Covid happened, I decided to go back to school and study cybersecurity and networking. During that period, I built my own home lab while getting some networking gear and transforming old equipment into a server to run docker and a variety of other things.
This is where I am able to spin up things to test and get the hands on expierence needed, utilizing a lot of free and opensource tools, as well as some practice with coding and scripting.
I've also enjoyed pentesting into vulnerable servers and learning a variety of other methods from THM and HTB primarily, but also a few other free penetration sites.
You will also catch me going to seminars and conferences, such as DefCon32, to learn more about the industry and see what new concepts are being talked about.
After coming back from DefCon32 I looked up a lot of the githubs and am waiting for some to become public to utilize those tools and test my skills with them.
Previously I was ranked in the top 1% in the world for THM, and I am working on gaining that back but in smaller strides now that I have less time. I continue to focus on building skills and testing myself on new and old machines regularly.
I am going back into Hack the Box more to learn more and pratice their models to get a better understanding of the OSCP. I am debating about the OSCP or OSTH for my next certificate.
Recently, I passed my Comptia Security+ certificate and am making strides on seeing which will benefit my work place more for my next challenge. I may take the Pentest plus, or as stated above one of the Offensive Security certifications.
